At KIDS OF CANADA SUMMER CAMPS, each of our 4 day camp programs and our overnight camp program have their own Regular Camp Rates, Discount Programs and Monthly Specials. Simply put, the more you register, the more Specials & Discounts you will receive, and the more $$$ you will save!

Payment Information & Options:


At KIDS OF CANADA SUMMER CAMPS, we have made it even more convenient for our camper families by offering a credit card payment program in addition to expanding our extremely flexible payment options.

As usual, all of our day camp pricing is inclusive of HST. Therefore, what you see is what you pay. For Overnight Camp, HST will be added once registration is confirmed. The only optional extras are Lunch Program and Camp Gear and the Tuck Shop at Overnight Camp.

Should campers be attending both day and overnight camp programs, payments can be combined into any of “method of payment.”

Please Note: Credit card payments for all camps will be subject to a 5% processing fee.

As usual, Schedule Changes are Hassel-Free, and done on the spot! (based on availability)

Camp registration forms & payments can be left in a sealed envelope and placed in the locked mail-box when we are not in the office. You will receive a confirmation call upon receipt of your registration.

Methods of Payment & Descriptions:

  1. Regular Payment Option – (Made in Cheque or Cash Payments)

    Initial deposit of $100.00 per day camp weekly session, payable at time of initial registration.

    Initial deposit of $300.00 per overnight camp weekly session, payable at time of initial registration.

    Balance owing due by May 1, 2016, by post-dated cheque(s) submitted at time of initial registration.

  2. Monthly Payment Plan Option – (Made in Cheque or Cash Payments)

    This option is available to anyone based on the following criteria:

    • All post-dated cheques are submitted at the time of initial registration.
    • Monthly cheques can be dated at any time during each month that they are due.
    • The number of monthly installments available to you is calculated based on when you register, please see schedule below:

  4. Create Your Own Payment Plan – (Made in Cheque or Cash Payments)

    This option is available to anyone based on the following criteria:

    • You decide how many and how often you make payments based on your schedule.
      (The first installment will be payable at time of initial registration and will be your initial deposit)
    • Payment In Full by May 1, 2016
    • All post-dated cheques are submitted at the time of initial registration.
    • Monthly cheques can be dated in any time during each month that they are due.
  5. Credit Card Payment Option:

    We accept the following credit cards for your convenience:
    Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Interac/Debit

  6. This option is available to anyone based on the following criteria:

    • All Credit card payments for all camps will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
    • Credit cards may be used for 1 time full payments, 1 time deposit payments, or 1 time balance payments.
    • Credit Cards may not be used for any form of payment plan
      (payment plans are for Cheques and Cash Only).

Please Note:
All Cheque Payments are payable to KIDS OF CANADA.
A $25.00 service charge will apply to any NSF cheque payment, or refunded credit card or interact payment.

De-Registration / Cancellation / Refund Policy

Prior to the Commencement of Camp
OPTION #1 – As per the original registration form, there is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per week for day camp, and a $300.00 non-refundable deposit per week for overnight camp, and the balance will be returned.

OPTION #2 – The Camper account will receive a full credit for the monies paid and a CREDIT-NOTE will be issued. The credit note will be valid for any of next year’s programs operating before October 1, 2016.

After the Commencement of Camp
There will be no refunds after the commencement of camp, only a credit note will be issued. The credit note will be valid for any of next year’s programs operating before October 1, 2017. Credit notes are transferable between siblings only.
