What is included in my camp fees?

  • “The Entire Camp Experience,”
  • Each weekly stay will consist of 7 full days and 7 full nights
  • All Accommodations & Meals
  • Interactive Cabin Groups, Camper-Choice Programming, Weekly Themes & Spirit Days and much much more…
  • Multiple Snacks Daily
  • Camper Bus Transportation & Baggage Transportation
  • Weekly Photos & Camper Communication with parents throughout each week
  • Friendships & Memories and much much more!

What is not included in my camp fees?

Answer #2
Anything at Cappi’s Bait, Tackle & Tuck.
Any camper medication and medical services beyond the scope of the camp.

When is Change-Over?

Change-Over occurs each Saturday throughout the summer. New Campers will depart in the morning and are set to arrive at camp for our Welcome BBQ Lunch. Campers returning home will depart following our Welcome BBQ and `Sweet Send-Off’ and are set to arrive home in the Mid-Late afternoon. Times and Locations will be determined on a weekly basis based on where our campers are coming from. We will be in constant contact with parents regarding all transportation arrangements.

Parents always have the option to transport their children to and/or from camp on any given Saturday,as long as arrangements are made with the camp more than 1 week prior to the weekly session.

Can my Child Extend their stay at Kids Of Canada North?

For campers who wish to extend their stay at KIDS OF CANADA NORTH, commitments from both campers and parents must be communicated to the camp office by the end of the day, each Wednesday throughout the summer. The waiting list will be activated first thing, each Thursday morning.

Is there a Health or Medical Centre at Kids Of Canada North?

Answer #5
Yes! We have a fully furnished and functional health centre to handle Basic First Aid, minor injuries and Camper Medication Regiments as required.

Is there a Doctor or Nurse on Staff in the Health or Medical Centre at Kids Of Canada North?

Yes! In a case where there is not, the Camp Director will provide Camper Medication Regiments as required.

Is Kids Of Canada North in proximity to a Hospital or a Walk-In Clinic?

Answer #7
Yes! There are a variety of Walk-In Clinics that are available to us, and who will provide On-Call Service, if Required!

In addition, we are 20 Minutes away from the North Hastings Hospital
